When you upload a photo, we don’t know which part of your photo you want to print! Therefore, we provide a free cropping tool so that you can select the area of your photo to print. Sometimes your photos may be a different aspect ratio to our prints or you may want to print a rectangular photo as a square print or print a portrait iPhone snap as a landscape or square print. The following advice will help to achieve perfect results every time. We want to make sure you’re happy with your prints.

PostSnap offers fast delivery and we ship our 2x2 square prints in protective packaging. Our quality control team will look into this for you and if the product is deemed to be faulty we will issue a refund in the form of a credit to your account which you can use for a future purchase - we do not support cash, card or PayPal refunds. If you feel there is a fault with your order please get in touch with us within 1 day of receiving your order by emailing us photos of the products identifying the fault. If you do not receive your order confirmation email please check your junk folder and that there are no typos in your registered email address and let us know if we need to resend the email. Please check your order confirmation carefully and let us know if there is an issue within 30 minutes of placing your order. After you have placed your order we will email you your order confirmation which contains images of your prints. We strongly advise double-checking your prints one by one online or in app before approving them for print. Your printed photos are a personalised product and therefore we are unable to accept returns and cannot refund you unless the product is faulty. Unfortunately, it is not possible to amend or cancel an order after 30 minutes. This means that you may amend or cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing your order. Once you place an order we go to work checking and processing your order within 30 minutes.
